Shipping Terms

Vital Titles is an established business and we strive to not only meet, but exceed customer service expectations. We are members in good standing of the Independent Online Booksellers Association. Our goal is to provide you the books you love at reasonable prices, and to get them to you in as quick a time as possible. Our shipping terms are fairly basic, and only follow common sense guidlines. When will my book ship?

We ship books out a minimum of 2 times a week (Usually Tuesday and Thursday), so if you buy on Monday, your book will be in the post no later than Tuesday. Same goes for Wednesday.

Please note that all orders are subject to prior sale and although we never expect to have a situation where the same book is sold and not immediately updated, things CAN happen. Please note that sometimes we will have another copy of the book your or looking for, or can find it elsewhere for you.

Insurance - Most of our books will be sent insured, this cost is inclusive with the standard shipping charge.

Overweight books - Although we'd like to have fixed shipping for all of our books, there are some that can cost a fair deal extra to ship. Be aware this will be noted in the description as "Overweight" or "Extra Shipping" and will be calculated after your purchase, and will be at cost.

Average shipping cost to North America - Between $5 - $7 per book, much less if books are bundled with other orders!

GST - Canadian residents please note that there is a 7% charge of GST on each order (Books are exempt of the PST tax)
