Our Personal Guarantee

We have one simple goal when we sell a book, and that is to get you the book you wanted, in the condition you expected. If this doesn't happen and you're not happy with your book, feel free to return it within 14 days. All we ask is that you first contact for a return authorization number. Once this is recieved, simply package the book up carefully so it is not damaged on the return trip, and ship it back to us. When we receive it, we will refund your money less shipping and handling.

What if the error was on the part of Vital Titles?

Then it's quite simple - if we made a mistake with the grading or description of the book, the shipping charges are on us and we will refund your money in full!

What if my package is lost?

As rare a situation as it may be - this DOES happen. If it does, we will start a trace with the post office. Once this trace is complete and if nothing is found, we will refund your money in full!
